Arts fest vendor information

The Wilds Cooperative of Pennsylvania and Keystone Elk Country Alliance are excited to announce the 3nd Annual Arts Fest (now 2 days!) to be held Saturday June 10 and 11, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the grounds of the Elk Country Visitor Center, a star attraction in the Pennsylvania Wilds that sees upwards of 300,000 visitors a year.

Registration is now open for visual, craft, food and beverage artisans to apply to exhibit and sell their wares and goods at the 2017 event.  There are two types of exhibitors at the event: Juried PA Wilds Artisans and Non-Juried exhibitors. 

Juried members of the Wilds Cooperative of Pennsylvania will receive immediate acceptance to the event and can apply here

Non Juried artisans and vendors are welcome and invited to apply, but their goods and booth set up will be reviewed before acceptance to exhibit at the event. The festival committee will conduct an application review and will have final say if a vendor will be accepted to show during the event.  All exhibitors will be notified of their acceptance by May 6. Non juried artisans and vendors can apply here

Exhibitor Costs and Deadlines

  • Juried Artisan...  10' x 10' ... space $75
  • Non Juried Artisan... 10' x 10' ... space $100
  • Wilds Cooperative members (Host sites and Trading Posts) 10’ x 10’ .... space $125.00
  • Wilds Cooperative Non-members (Host sites and Trading Posts) 10’ x 10’ .... space $150.00 
  • All exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own chairs, tables, tents and display items.
  • All tents/canopies must be a solid color (white is preferred) and have weights/stakes to secure them in high winds/inclement weather. 
  • The application deadline is May 19, 2017. 
  • The event is rain or shine and once an exhibitor is accepted there are no refunds.

Show times and Set-up 

  • Move in and set up: Friday June 9 between 10 am – 7 pm
    (you will be notified of your vendor space upon arrival)
  • Show day: Saturday June 10 between 6 am - 8 am
    all cars will need to be moved to off premise parking by 8 am
    (a shuttle will bring you to your booth)
  • Exhibitors may not breakdown their booth before 4 pm on Sunday June 11.

What types of exhibitors aren't the best fit for Arts Fest?

There are lots of great products and creators in the world and we appreciate them but the following types of exhibitors are not the right fit for PA Wilds Arts Fest:
  • re-sellers of pre-packaged mass produced items
  • franchise party sellers (examples: Pampered Chef, Origami Owl etc.)
  • assembled craft kits 
  • re-sale of mass produced reproductions of artwork or antique/primitive furniture reproductions

The 2017 Arts Fest application deadline is  May 19, 2017.
